Is Topical Finasteride Worth Trying Or Not?

Minor sides were always there. I didn't lose any ground and improved my situation a bit with oral finasteride and topical min. I'm probably a NW1 now, and I was a 2-3 when I started years ago. If anyone looks at me, they think I have perfect, full hair with zero loss...you can't tell.

No shedding when I switched from oral to topical. In fact, shedding decreased.
Is your hair better than @bluecyclone?

Nice. You are stable.

I think topical finasteride and dutasteride is very irresponsible and selfish. Walking around with finasteride on your hair each day Will get in your kids cereal in no time and your wives pussy when you eat her out, Imagine stroking your hair with your hand and you get dried up finasteride particles on your hand and you touch your kids or any object, You basically spread finasteride everywhere you go. This old man should be hanged high for indangering other People.

Is topical finasteride worth taking or is it uneffective, placebo? Been on the byline with my hairloss for years now. Its pretty mild at the minute, I'm 24 with a norwood 2.5 and pretty good density so I still want to avoid oral finasteride or use that as a very last resort.

Noticed loads of companies trying to sell topical finasteride now so if it's worth getting then which brands, companies are the most trustworthy?
Finasteride placebo ? LOL . Topical works , at least, as good as oral. The only thing if if you lower systemic DHT , aka side effects, at the same level or less . It is all how much in % the drug will go systemic or not .
Simple find a good pharmacy that compound it , in wherever do you leave and get a prescription ( even a prescription online )

The carrier is important too. If you use a lot of PG or use DMSO then you can bet that a large portion will go systemic as it has a small molecular weight. Using a carrier lower in PG or some other vehicle would probably be best. Needling would not be necessary. Of course, if you are diffuse and have a large area to cover then it's probably not worth the hassle as you will need even more of the drug and likely have very similar systemic DHT inhibition.

I'd rather have something pure and fresh from a compounding pharmacy
Mmm........ Not sure might actually be the opposite?, I would have said the Proscar you were using was already a pretty safe bet.
