At 2g/day Seti you might get sleep disturbances.

I know one guy on the private forum got it. He took some glutiathone and he said he sleep like a baby now.

Other guy took CBD and it helped him.

Ive noticed now I wake up once during sleep around 4-5 hrs in, but its no big deal I just take a piss and take a quick bite and go back to sleep.

If worse comes to worse, you can just take a mild OTC sleep aid like https://www.amazon.com/Non-Habit-Me...UTF8&qid=1515952016&sr=1-6&keywords=sleep+aid

Do you think this could cause any negative effects the day after? As in this somehow causing you not to get enough deep sleep or messes with your sleep cycle?

Gonna be doing the same, PM me how it goes.
I’ll just do it here for this time. I’m only did it for a day, my constant itching is gone. Like literally gone. Maybe, it’s just me that feeling that way, but i don’t feel any itching.

I read half of this thread and I so happy that this forum exists, I would never learn about Seti visiting local doctors.

Seti looks really promising. Since it can stop further hair loss without any side effects I would call it the cure!
I'm considering of 200-500mg of Seti per day. Since I'm balding less than the year and my hairline is still pretty much OK (minimal recession), I believe Seti will become the best option for me.

Couple questions:
1) Some user stated that it should happen this year (this summer if I'm not mistaken), сconsequently it's fair to expect that Seti will become available in mass at the second part of this year?
But another guy was saying that Seti will be released in 2021, what is 3 years away from today and that's sad because I will be pretty much bald when this time comes.
So, the question. Is there any official information about Seti release?

2) There was a quite big hype around Fevi. Can we trust it? I heard Fevi will be out next year, so sticking with Seti and then jump on Fevi sounds like a plan for me.

Also, I would like to thank westonci for all the investigation he has done. Thanks, man! It's really valuable for us.

1) i think they are referring to setis phase II trials results/data coming out around June 2018. Seti itself will probably make it to market around 2021.

2) Fevi should block the CRTH2 receptor better and have a longer half life so yes it should be more effective.

Guys, unfortunately releasing of fevipiprant has been delayed till 2022. 2022 is the primary completion date.

https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT03052517?cond=Asthma&phase=2&rank=3

Go check it out.
I’ve been following Novartis for a while. All major pharma companies that have plenty of money always do multiple phase 3 trials at the same time. A trials will be done late this year and in 2019. They are expecting to have it out in 2019 still. Their pipeline is updated quarterly so we would’ve saw it in the pipeline if it changes

This is also a 5 year study you are looking at. This can almost be considered a “phase 4” this is a long term study to determine any side effects for long term use and still for efficacy as well. Nothing to worry about release is still 2019

Just a quick update:
Just approached the 2 week mark for 1g setipiprant daily (500mg twice daily 12 hrs apart). Not much to comment on, other than itch seems to be reduced. I'm also shedding, but mostly weak miniaturized hairs. I've noticed a bit more fuzz on my temples, maybe even some slight pigmentation. Basically not much is happening but it is still very early.

Zenhead, if you aren't getting any untoward side effects, then everythings gravy.
Earlier in this thread I said that I might be experiencing sexual sides with seti - this is 100% not the case, as I am certain that those sides were remaining from finasteride (which I had quit 3 months prior). Those sides have mostly subsided now. The only sides I notice with seti is slight insomnia if I take it too close before trying to go to sleep. but I can just pop in a little bit of melatonin and i'm good.

The moment they officially update I wont give a f*** anymore and order TM30089. I am done with sitting around.

Actually, there is some confusion with studies.

#1 - Allergan study - https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT02781311. Should be completed very soon, in the beginning of April. Hope it will give us a lot of useful information. Maybe Allergan will sell their own Seti like Hasson & Wong do with topical Finasteride. :)
# 2 - Another one study - https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT02555683. It has been started in 2015. Should be finished by the end of this year (November 2018).
#3 - And the most recent study, it also involves the largest amount of participants (more than 2k). https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT03052517?cond=Asthma&phase=2&rank=3

Have no idea which is valid one #2 or #3. Pray for #1.

I'm also shedding, but mostly weak miniaturized hairs
Could you describe your shedding a little more? How much hairs do you shed a day? Did you experience shedding before Seti? Seems, like @westonci didn't have this problem.

Also, @Pigeon could you give some updates? I read that you take Seti as well. Have micro dosing worked for you?
