I have been struggling with beard folliculitis for 20 years, starting to have some thinning.

Seems like a safe oral seti would be a fix for both?

It’s been my 19.5 days since taking seti. (I’m saying .5 days cuz we have to take twice a day. ) anyhow, this is things that I’m having it right now.

I’m currently on 200mg per day I know it’s nothing, but I’m taking it for 200mg per day till next ten days. And moving up to 500 mg.

A)No acne. We all know seti reduce producing of oil on our scalp, but at the same times on our body too. Especially face.

B) little bit of dry lips and mouth(but not that major probably cuz by weather too)

C) reduced of itching on my scalp, after first few days I had itching scalp more than before but that went away, I saw on this forum people have itching after they start seti, so I think it’s just one of the process.

Make sure take empty stomach 30-60mins beofre meal.

I'm in the process of getting my Lyphar seti tested. Got my batch of seti one week ago. Will let you know. Have used it for 2 days straight and use 2x 0.8grams/day and no sides that I know of.

Only buy Kane’s seti if you’re doing topical. Lyphar and Zhe are cheaper and for oral.

gotta agree on the dry lips and reduced itch, by the third day i take seti my head itch was reduced at least 90%

How timely. I just got my test results back.

I posted a month or so ago that I was going to get my Lyphar batch tested, and I did that. Finally got my results back from Janoshik. (attached)

Good news: It's seti, and it's pure at 96%

Not excellent news is that the purity is less than previously reported from Lyphar Seti (which was 99.5% I believe? - was this from @westonci ?)

Also, I'm on 2g/day and I'm not getting sides normally reported by seti or fina. Shedding is still my issue, as previously reported on this thread. Overall, I'm encouraged by this report as I know I'm not taking snake oil.
