The group think and herd mentalities on this forum and Ieson are really quite something to watch. Working off of what seems to me like the exact same information, the Italians are very negative about it, and people here are a lot more positive (with some notable exceptions). If the Saga of Brotzu won't be made into a movie, it would at least make a good psychology paper.

It's not like it wasn't totally unforeshadowed, @SwissGuy said it will be December and he contacted a FIDIA branch. Does that mean global launch if FIDIA branch in Switzerland knew about December release?

I don't really think it will work but I'll be trying it and hoping for a miracle. Let's face it this is exact way not to release the miracle cure for hairloss.

I wonder what claims will be made on the label. I imagine "Strengthen hairs" "reduce unwanted hairfall"

You know, I am pretty sure they wont be able to produce millions of bottles of this stuff from the onset. Maybe, all going well, they sell their initial production at stupid expensive prices (say 71 euro for example) to get this going. As they scale up their worldwide production, costs go down, and ideally prices as well. Realistically, something around $30-40.month is a lot easier to handle.

FYI for the Anericams here this means December 1 2018 - European countries list the date differently than we do

It will be about 100 Euros per month. You know what else has similar prices: top-notch hair systems, they cost the same per year. The same as this lotion, so it's f*****g ridiculous.

I think the price will unfortunately not go down (significantly). With products like smartphones what usually happens is that they are really expensive when they just have been released and become cheaper and cheaper as time goes by. You pay for the privilege of using it before those who are not willing to pay extra. But for consumable products that you have to buy over and over again, like the lotion, the goal is usually to penetrate the market first with a reasonable price and develop a big user base who will (have to) buy the product regularly. They are not forced to make it cheaper as they won't have competition for quite a while.

What it finally comes down to is whether it's a scam or not. After the first few months when we get to see more and more results of those who bought it right after release we will see if it's a scam or not. If it is, they will lower the prices to make as much profit as possible while they still can, but if it's legit and people see very good results, there will be no need for them to lower the prices (if anything make it even more expensive depending on how effective it turns out to be).

I will take it right from the start alongside dutasteride, which will be expensive af, but I'll gladly safe money in other areas if it turns out to be effective.

Unfortunately, I imagine if this actually works, the price will remain high until the patent expires.

Have you heard of finasteride, dutasteride and RU ?

Already using a mixture of 2 crushed finasteride pills + the liquid of 5 dutasteride softshell capsules and 5% RU in minoxidil on a daily routine, so yeah heard of them

Which is essentially my point. If this actually works they can, and will, charge that price and still sell millions. So they will until the patent is up.

If it works I will pay also.

Does anyone know how long it takes patents like this to expire? It's cosmetic so it mightn't have the same rules as medical patents.
