For those who are using Minoxidil as their regiment, how well is this working for you.

I tried to use it but gave up on the fourth day because I couldn't put my fingers in my hair without losing 100 strands of hair.

If Brotzu lotion isn't more effective than Minoxidil, then I am screwed because I really don't like using Minoxidil at all. I have a mini heartbreak overtime I run my fingers in my hair

Minoxidil didn't do anything for me, finasteride was always my #1 hairloss treatment.

I'm pretty sure Brotzu's lotion is much more effective than minoxidil.

He originally used pge1 which alone provided minoxidilesque growth. Then he added carnitine and equol for strong cooperative results. Then for drug-avoiding reasons switched from pge1 to its biochemical precursor dgla which showed no diminished results when part of this pack of ingredients, but showed nothing alone.

I'm no expert but this seems smart to me!

Combination therapy is usually very effective in multifactorial conditions such as male pattern baldness.

I'm likely out of my depth with this guess with no scientific evidence to back it up, but I think the proper endothelial angiogenesis of the blood vessel/s originating from the hypodermis that supply the papilla is critical. And this probably doesnt make scientific sense, but maybe the potential neoangiogenesis of the supplying vessels to the papilla of very miniaturized follicles that lost contact with its vessels. I mean if some 50 year old is getting 2 Norwoods back, it could be possible that some "point of no return" follicles might have been revived. But again I concede no actual knowledge.

Something similar happens in a normal hair cycle though. Telogen follicles are very poorly vascularized, but during anagen the follicles secrete VEGF to bring about angiogenesis, and they become much more vascularized. During late anagen/catagen, proliferation of endothelial cells drops off, these capillaries degenerate, and the cycle begins again (more on this, also this one). Or think of hair transplant grafts, which are able to induce angiogenesis just fine in the bald scalp.
