This is like some sick joke....then you think there is some conspiracy between finasteride and minoxidil producers combined with hair transplant doctors. f***!

Five stages of grief: denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance...get ready for each stage on this forum.

So now what kelopesia? Can Kane make brotzu?
f*** this, let's figure something out!

One more time you are all over-reacting.

Maybe next time, you will more carefully listen to members who were stating it was impossible to make it in such a short deadline. Welcome, in the real world first time always hurting. :)

Only point to make clear is what Fidia is currently trialing. I thought it was clear Brotzu was taking care of AA and Fidia of Androgenetic Alopecia. Maybe @beps63 can help.

At the end, it's the same pathetic rah-blah-blah in my opinion. That's just an official version of the well known answer they give by email. The only major information is in the last rows. Fidia does not think it will be out in 2017.
We may suppose a lot of things: an announcement to stop asking infos for it, an announcement introducing difficulties about the mass production, or just simply what they wrote: no lotion in 2017.

I personally think that mass-scale production is what they are dealing for. Many users on Ieson previously reported that there may be problems while replicating liposomes' formula, and stuff like that.
.
You are over-interpretating my friend; they just ask to stop harassing them. They made clear they are still in the trial process (collecting the data I guess).

My take.

They are still conducting trials, have a more accurate estimation of market date but because something might come up they give us a more vague answer.

My guess, release around this time next year or a little before.

And I am just sitting here laughing at this phrase

I thought the same thing, it's hilarious! You know what though, the squeaky *** annoying f*****g wheel gets the oil. We should double down and write them more. Ramping up production in 2017 is no longer a problem for f*** sakes. Make sh*t happen!

It might also come from the very few stupid members here who complained to paypal.

With this current information, anybody that tries to manipulate Fidia's comments on the product not coming out this year or better yet who will tell themselves otherwise based on this information has issues.

Jump on treatments right now. If you are scared of Finasteride, prepare yourself to go bald slowly or quickly and it will be emotionally painful. Jump on Minoxidil, you don't have any other options to even have a remote chance in this fight.

I guarantee this thread will continue for another 30+ pages with people desperately trying to convince themselves this will be available this year regardless of the information just released, people will say "Fidia doesn't mean it, they are trying to figure out ways to mass produce it." blah blah blah. What a joke. Wake up. Stop telling yourself lies or what YOU want to believe.

I knew this crap wasn't coming out. It isn't. Stop denying yourself of this fact (especially now with this news) and move on. It will not be out this year. DEAL WITH IT! If you're not new to fighting baldness than you can't be surprised of this. I certainly am not.

MOVE ON and seek current treatments available if you haven't already. It is the only current AVAILABLE option. Period.

Get out your finnies!

An update from Fidia Farmaceutici

Further to previous communications, regarding the development of a hair loss remedy initiated a few months ago, we announce that the study is still in progress, thereby an accurate time frame in which such remedy would be available cannot be defined yet.

Being a pharmaceutical manufacturing company imposes the need for a set of quality, safety and efficacy standards in all R&D and production activities.

Everything we do at Fidia Farmaceutici is focused on improving the quality of life of patients and with the same accuracy and dedication, we are addressing this unmet medical need, a condition that can occur at any age and affects men and women equally, in Italy and worldwide, as corroborated by hundreds of emails and phone calls received during 2016.

Alopecia areata (hair loss) is not a life-threatening disease, nevertheless it can cause serious distress in people. Fidia has made a strong commitment to research and development, to offer all patients who are affected by the problem, a real treatment option – effective, safe and stable – at the end of the entire study.

For this reason, neither exact launch plans nor time-to-market priorities have been defined for the product yet, although we envisage the development of the potential product candidate being completed by 2018.
a bit strange they did not mention Androgenetic Alopecia.

Well... their communication kind of sucks and I am not sure the product will be out anytime. BUT "by" 2018 could mean anytime in 2017 IMO... not in 2018.

It's so nuanced, it's hard for me to interpret it. 2018 in this case could in fact be including 2018, as in it's still 2018, not 2019. Typically I would agree with you that it sounds like 2017, but there is a lot of leeway for interpretation.

That said, Im not surprised, you cant just finish studies, then go to mass production overnight.

+

Lastly, Im happy they finally F'in released something, now I can go on living my life not having to check this thread every 4 minutes. I'll probably jump on minoxidil in a couple months too, which I was holding off on, mostly due to this announcement.

I think they realize a lot of people are hoping for some news, we can't discount the fact that they are acknowledging our request for an update, even though it's not what we want to hear. Thank you at least for that.

they mentioned only the AA and not the Androgenetic Alopecia and we know that AA was not trialed by FIDIA only Androgenetic Alopecia.

may be they decide to make their own trial for the AA and not only based on Brotzu result.

and why they mention AA when 99% of the email and phone call were received from people asking for Androgenetic Alopecia???

Guys the company is a f*****g joke. They cant even speak in proper English in their emails.

At no point did Fidia ever say they had a cure. Most of the build up and hype comes 95% from this thread, so I hesitate to blame Fidia. Still super f*****g annoying, but we are disappointed from the expectations we built up for ourselves (340 f*****g pages of it)... o_O
