With dermarolling and antiandrogens you can regrow a fullhead(somebody's example) from diffuse NW4. Ler's hope that this + Follica will be better than transplants.

I don't believe that full regrowth is impossible, transexuals do it with estrogen, somebody did it with dutasteride and dermarolling.

I also don't believe that beps case was fake. It all depends on how good respondent you are.

Again, stop thinking just because you are lower Norwood that only you would benefit from it.

Let's hope for answers, good or bad in April. Let's hope that Brotzu explains 5 year claim.

I'll just pray for all of our Norwoods, no discrimination.
Yes, I agree with that with current treatments it all depends on how good you personally respond to it, but I hope that for this lotion everyone will respond accordingly. Personally, I have only been using minoxidil and that since July 2017 on the hairline, haven't experienced anything crazy but my hair has certainly gotten better and stabilized in the front (sadly now thinning in the back). Let's hope that this lotion can one-up that.

Lads,

I think now is the best time to remember why this freakin thread has reached these huge proportions and what should be expected from Brotzu's presentation in April.

Let’s not forget what was probably one of the most important reasons for which this thread’s posts and views had such a big boost at the beginning.

It was Brotzu’s famous first interview about the lotion, where he publicly stated the following:

The lotion acts very well when alopecia begins to appear, in people under 30 years have excellent results with total stop of the fall and regrowth of hair and miniaturized hair or even vellus / invisible resume a normal appearance. Logically, the treatment begins to give clear results after about 30 days and must be prolonged for many months.

According to our experience, once the positive result is obtained, I think it is appropriate to repeat the treatment at least three times a year , or to have a biweekly maintenance treatment

And this is what it is supposed to be communicated by Brotzu at SITRI:

The results showed that a daily and constant application of the above mentioned lotion favors the growth of new hair and reduce the fall of existing hair.

Compared to the initial results, the latter sound just like an ordinary ad for an ordinary shampoo that claims to fight hair loss, like Head & Shoulders.

I hope that this is just my paranoia.

Most will benefit from this lotion, even if it only maintains at a minimum. For those who have lost most of their hair on top, could just get an fue and keep using the lotion to keep their remaining hair.

Then why don't transplant more hair from the back of your head or even sides of your hair?

Just SMP your sides.

Maintenance increases the donor area.
I believe that if Brotzu gives at least maintenance, you could have a transplant high in grafts and new regrowth by Follica's treatment combined will serve as a functional cure.

Maintenance + transplant = cure

Btw does a transplant kill all the vellus hair it is transplanted on?
Cuz, dont we we expect from a real cure (maxbe miracle at sitri) that it turns vellus to terminal again? But if its destroyed with transplant this is not possible isnt it?

What part of the formula allows this to replace minoxidil? I understand the effect of s equol being able to replace finasteride but does the vasodilation from DGLA allow for regrowth like minoxidil?

I thought minoxidil had a growth factor and I don't think DGLA is one unless I am mistaken.

Minoxidil is not well understood.

But DGLA is in there to boost PGE1, which is a vasolidator. It's also something that doctors use to strengthen erections. The original formulation of the brotion contained PGE1, but DGLA was substituted for regulatory reasons.

DGLA must be strong because, and I know this is anecdotal, I'm getting a stiffy just reading about it.

5 year reversal would mean the cure for many of us.

Getting back the hair you had in 2013.... Too good to be true?
