I seriously believe he cries himself to sleep using his tears as lubrication. I am suffering as is everyone here. Graduated to male pattern baldness after using accutane! If I didn't, the alternative was pick marks, scarring, crater or moon face due to cystic acne. It is terrible. If I ate a perfect diet, no sugar, no pop or snacks, I would get these large inflammatory and that lasted weeks. Think of my dating life or lack there of one. If I had any self esteem, it was destroyed every time I saw a mirror. If people didn't see the breakout, there was a reminder either by hyperpigmentation or skin damage. I wear scars. I have enlarged pores. I even now have male pattern baldness.

It is not easy. Since the acne left, I am more confident, and I do pickup. I just never had it easy. I may not ever settle. I am going to approach lots of girls, I am going to date, have sex, and live life to the fullest. I do wish I had it normal but I could have been damaged physically like handicapped or something so I am thankful.
