Grumpy guy was talking about cetrizine. Do you have any opinion on that?
Also I would consider monoxidal again but I’m sh*t scared of triggering a shed!!!

Puretech in the last few days has raised a $100 million. In the accompanying statement they say theyll use the money to progress their Phase 2 products into pivotal trials.
In the next 3 months, Follica should be in a Phase 3 trial. The first new treatment in decades?
Hi,Yus please!
If Follica has 4x minoxodil results like they claim that will be a huge step forward.
Geezus, that would be an incredible number. If it were a true 4X, damn.Yus please!

Essentially means exactly what it says on the tin. Its a preparatory phase between phase 2 and phase 3 to ensure that phase 3 trials are optimal; optimal in terms of results, different dose/method comparisons and price. Phase 3 is a rare stage for companies and its crucial to make sure they conduct it in the most efficient way possible. It can make or break the publicity, profitability and respectability gained by the company, project, research team and the product itselfSo what does optimization study mean? Is this part of phase II? Where exactly is this in the clinical trial process?

I talked to my dermatologist on monday. Its a big office in Dallas. I asked them if they heard of anything upcoming for hair loss.
She said no and tried to push PRP. Not saying that they should know for sure, but if this was imminent then it would make sense they had read about it or something, right? Do new products just show up at clinics doorsteps without notice?
Where exactly is this in the clinical trial process?
Its an expression lol. Means that it means what it says that it means. If you know what I mean hahahatin?
It means the clock is ticking for all the crybaby fucks out there.

This news is the bee's butt-fuckin' knees.
You can say whatever you like, but the reality is that a treatment that can grow new hair is close and this is it. We don't know that Shiseido will be able to provide much for meaningful regrowth yet and it will be a while before Tsuji (and his colossally expensive) cell therapy is around.
All the little b****s that piss, whine, moan and cry and look for every excuse to do so can keep at it, because my mug is sitting right here on the counter to catch those tears and devour them.
Doesn't matter if it's the team you're cheering for, doesn't matter if you think anything that provides less than f*****g sea otter density is unacceptable, and it doesn't matter what else you say: The rest of us in the land of the sane welcome such an option, will use it, and get the f*** on with our lives.
That won't stop some of you from sitting on these forums being miserable though. And I can't wait for that day because the amount of salt I'll be able to mine out of you all will be enough to supply every fast food chain until the end of time.
Until then, keep on praying to Brotzu
