She's got some serious BDD, ironically she looks so much better in the random pictures of her that she probably considers average or ugly. Instead she has these duck face selfies where her *** looks silly, plastered with make up, and in her mind those are the one's that are "gorgeous", but as you say in reality she looks botched. Even in OP's video she's duckfaced and contoured to hell, she's doing herself no favours.

A lot of women are overdoing the duckfaced contour look and for some, it brings them up a few points, and oddly for the actually good looking girls, it brings them way down. In a confusing world where pretty much any slim/average sized girl knows how to doll herself up to 7+, you look out for those who've stepped up, and even those who have stepped down but still have potential to be their good looking selves.

This woman's actually got a pretty good looking face, she's just living in an Instagram world that's convincing her to try and ruin everything she's got going for her.

Thave have fun until they are 25, then their looks start to quickly decline and they settle for the best compromise they can get in terms of looks, status and money, before they lose what little value they have. Most women without their looks are cheap things.

Dude, I may have it way worser than you, my wrists are also thin, but I can't gain any muscle due to my f*****g thyroid problems which make me feel exhausted mentally and physically every f*****g day and I had slight gyno since I was 12. Yet many girls considered me very good looking prior my hair loss, the form of cancer which messed everything up and gave me social impotence.
It is a game-over once you hit NW3-4 area, because to the society:

Recent, lol. I was balding since I was 18.5 years old (maybe 1-2 years earlier, but I didn't notice until it was clear to my barber, I ignored it for a year thinking that it's jut a mature hairline, how stupid I was), didn't I mention that I'm a NW4 already.
