Yep, it is oviously bullshit. For instance: My father´s father was a Norwood 7, my father NW5+ in his 20s, but my father´s brother (10 years older) had hair like the yeti still in his 50s. It is a lottery, but if you are balding and your wife´s father also -> very risky.

I'm 6'5" and i can attest to there being such a thing as too tall; i'd do much better if i was 5'11" - 6'2" - there's just a limited amount of women who want to date a giant, and there is a cap to how tall you can be without looking like a freak (6'3" is basically that cap).

having said that, seeing that giant fill out by going to the gym really is inspirational - that, and of course, seeing Fred admit working out isn't just a cope. sh*t, i might just start hitting the gym and go nuts. One of my brothers is a body builder and i've seen first hand how much you can change your body through exercise; it is pretty incredible.
