Weighted chin-ups are great, spider curls and lying cable curl.

Try and do 20sets of 12 with a minute recovery.

Full range, narrow and full lockout.

Not easy at 100kg+bodyweight.

Very light though, the extra ROM can cause tears.

Depends also on how long the muscle belly is.

Genetics.

Focus more on the shoulder girdle area, especially neck, rear delts and traps.

Also glutes, hamstrings and lower back.

Sets one apart from the wannabes in the gym.
