This is me, and most of the young men that I know with hair loss (there aren't that many, honestly). Regular posts and activity for years until hair loss becomes noticeable, then total ghost town. Profile pics switched out with memes, childhood pictures or celebrities. Sad as fck.

I've seen quite a few cases where they would put a profile picture when they were younger and or still had hair. Some crop the forehead or tilt the head back.
