No not at all, I just didn't read anywhere how long you had been on your treatments pal. I hope I am a responder too.

Re: k3nn7i's story (Updated - Sept pics)

I seldom post, bro.

Once in a while. I started up with minoxidil for 2 months and add on finasteride just about 4 months ago.

I did post about my pics but it was on under the Men's General Hair Loss Discussions. You can find in which thread I'm active most.

Well, I'll be back here once in a while.

Hope everyone's regimen work. :woot:

yeah the pic in July was way below baseline. Good thing you decided to ride it out.

Re: k3nn7i's story (Updated - Sept pics, with big three)

A little bit of update:

Used to shed about 3-5 hairs per minoxidil application but currently, it looks like I'm going through another shed. I loss about 30+ hairs per minoxidil application now. It should be the second shed people are talking about.

Kinda busy lately, so perhaps I'll get a pic update next month when I really hit the 6th month

Cheers everyone. Gd luck

Re: k3nn7i's story (Updated - Sept pics, shedding now)

Update of exact 6 months.

My hair started shedding again since the last 2 weeks. My crown has thinned out again. shoot. lol. I'll continue this regimen for the whole 1 year to see whether it works for me. I mean it works once, but hopefully I can get those back again on my crown.

I don't know whether going to gym has caused this hair loss as my hair started shedding since I started visiting gym twice a week. Perhaps, its just coincidence.

Good luck guys...

I'm hoping for the best...and if those hair never come back. Guess, I will have to accept it. :youbet:

it doesn't look like you went back too much, at the very least you are no worst than your baseline meaning overall you have maintained.

i am willing to bet in 2 months you will have as thick or thicker coverage like you did back in august, hang on man!

K3NN I'm pretty much in the same situation as you... I've been on minoxidil since the end of july and my hair thickened up quite a bit in sep-oct. and is now shedding again terribly... soooo depressing!

lol well I hate it! its so funny how one month you think you're on top of the world and gonna have brad pitt hair again and then the next month and can all just fall out everywhere : ( .... actually.... its not funny. :badmood:

Re: k3nn7i's story (Updated - Nov pics, shedding)

yep, I don't think my hair got worse when compared in July. Well, it's been about 3 weeks shed now.

I have this feeling, that its gonna come back again. lol. The shed I had for the 3 weeks has been greatly reduced.

Agree with KielMcK, the sudden change: when you thought you had your hair back, Wham! shed them off again. thats kinda frustrating. We're the unlucky fellows and still have to go through this unpleasant moments again.

But whatever it is, I'm keeping my hope high. :woot:
