I would advise open-minded research, as opposed to closed-minded condemnation.

On the other hand, you shouldn't be so "open-minded" that your brain falls out! :)

Stick more to what doctors and scientists say, and pay less attention to what quacks on the Internet say.

just wondering Bryan, are you a scientist and/or a doctor?

But howcome in this case the "quacks" actually want to talk about things and explain things?

There's nothing unusual about wanting to talk about things -- anybody can do that -- but they aren't "explaining" anything. I think it's reprehensible to consistently give out false and misleading information like that on a public forum, like how the body supposedly "makes more DHT as a reaction to estrogen". Caveat emptor!

When you start asking "so, how does stress/bad diet/sex/health etc affect hair loss?" and the answer is "it doesn't", then you are forced to look elsewhere, because it is more than obvious that it does lol

Just for the record: I've never said that diet doesn't affect hair loss; just that it doesn't do it to any particularly significant extent. Just as a wild guess, I've said that maybe diet is 5% or so of the picture. I don't think you should hang your hat on something that trivial! :)

But it's more than obvious that it SIGNIFICANTLY does. At least one guy on IH reversed his hair loss with diet alone, same with one guy here, at least.

One guy brought his hair loss to about a quarter (maybe less) of it's previous levels by quitting beer/alcohol.

6 out of 9 guys significantly improved their hair loss (stopped in 2 or 3 cases) by stopping masturbating lol

Stress I don't have any stats but it's more than obvious that it causes problems!

A couple of guys also cured their hair loss by curing their hypothyroidism, I believe.

I have been noticeably regrowing (although it's too early to call what caused that, I was using Nizoral often but have stopped now so we'll see), and my shedding appears to have reduced drastically today (around a third, maybe a quarter of what it was, possibly down to like, non-hair loss levels), although it's early to call it at the moment!
