*UPDATE*

Shipments will be started next week :)

Thank you for the update hellouser. Currently, since the shipments will be started next week, do you have any idea when you'll receive the Setipiprant once the treatment has been sent out? I'm just so curious as to know if Setipiprant will legitimately inhibit PGD2 at the scalp hair follicles and actually help treat Androgenetic Alopecia. You've been doing the entire hair loss community a huge favor that you're going to find out if the treatment will help or not. Setipiprant seems quite promising, though I do not want to get my hopes too high and become filled with disappointment if it doesn't do anything.

Thanks for keeping everyone updated, as always. :)

Should take about 7 days for it to arrive.

I should note, that while I'll be trialing SETI, I've also go in my freezer a pack of AAPE. I've also taken part in another group buy for PGE2 which is still ongoing, if you're interested, you can take part in that. I'm also waiting for Adenosine to come in. I'm basically going to be doing a giant kitchen sink approach to battling this shit in the coming months. Hopefully I get results.

Good luck to everyone doing this. Hellouser, I look up to you for always leading the way! So by results do you mean temple regrowth and perhaps crown thickening? As your hair loss is quite stable now?

Well, ideally fill in some of the temples and thicken up everywhere else, but who knows what results I'll get.

Ru also looks promising in papers but it doesn't do much on me. Maybe my Ru from Kane is a scam.

So many hairloss treatments look great on paper but don't work. Revivogen should be the best treatment in the world on paper, but it's generally regarded as useless. Same with Fluridil, topical spironolactone etc

I really, really hope Seti works - but isn't it using the same/similar mechanism to other PGD2 inhibitors (Ramatroban, OC, TM etc?). All of which we've seen no real results with despite them being around for years. Or is Seti different?

I think a lot of topicals have major issues with a vehicle that works right. If a company is going after Seti than the stuff works, but I still am not a big believer that forum results match up to the actual potential of a treatment. Its not easy to find the right dose or vehicle for these things and it matters a lot for results.

I receive too many private messages so I'm going to make it clear:

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED SETIPIPRANT YET.

Holy fuck, this is becoming increasingly annoying. Even if I did, NOBODY will see results in under three months, PERIOD. Everyone will know if the stuff works (or not, hopefully its not the case) as soon as *I* know. Until then, be patient.

Haha... Wait so did you get it then or what?

No. One could see results within weeks at the latest. If this is the case with COX inhibitors, then I expect GPR44 antagonists to perform as well if not better, or the PGD2 theory (as the most prominent issue) is just bunk.

No, never. Hair grows about 1 - 1.5cm per month. The entire hair growth cycle, excluding the anagen phase lasts up to around 4 months. So even if you claimed regrowth in 'weeks time' or a single months time, it wouldnt be a reliable result anyway. Hell, we don't even see the full results out of a HAIR TRANSPLANT for up to a years time! So how could anyone say with certainty theyre getting results in weeks time?

Hellouser, if you had to put an estimate on when seti results would begin to show what would it be? 6 months like finasteride?

6 months sounds reasonable. Hair grows pretty slow (1 - 1.5cm per month) and you also need to take into account any shedding along with the hair growth cycle (can take up to 4 months).

So my Seti arrived today, its kind of yellowish cream colored. The texture is way more clumpy than RU so applying topically is gonna be a b**ch so I might stick to oral. Or wait til I get a better vehicle. Hell is this something you can just put in some orange juice or do we have to buy gelatin pills for oral use.

I've got about 5 bottles of vodka. I think I'll be mixing mine with a single shot every night, lol. Should work just the same.

This is exciting. I am very interested in joining a future group buy of setipip.

My only concern would be, how do you guys trust that what you got is really setipip? Is someone going to test the substance?
