Sorry, I'm still confused by this:
The Big 3 plus micro-needling are the gold standard in terms of treatments that work for cis-males not going the hormonal route.
Isn't using the Big 3 "going the hormonal route"? What am I missing here?

Reductase inhibitors finasteride and dutasteride are considered hormonal treatments. Ketoconazole has some estrogen aspects. Minoxidil has traditionally been considered non-hormonal and viewed as a vasodilator. There is also some evidence of it having a means of providing palliative relief due to hormonal influences but I wouldn't worry about it in that sense, and really not Keto either. Bottom line? Nobody feminizes on Keto or Minoxidil; dutasteride? Eh maybe depending upon one's point of view. I have never noticed feminization from reductase inhibitors nor do most as they raise T.

I did a consult with Hair Club and got almost the exact same recommendation. From what I could tell, their laser treatments aren’t really different from a good at-home laser helmet. It’s more about consistency than the location. The supplements and shampoos felt like extras that didn’t justify the price.

I ended up buying my own laser helmet and using it regularly, and the results were modest but similar to what Hair Club described. However, if you want structure and accountability, Hair Club might be worth it.
