I started balding at 12, went on rogaine at 15 (dad would not let me get it before that). I've mentioned how I passed out once at 16 due to low bp from it. Didn't tell parents about passing out (they would have cut off rogaine otherwise). Held onto NW4 nest hair till I was 23 at which point I realized I was not fooling anyone and stopped it. Was NW7 by 24. I also has two missing teeth in front (congenital), and rest crooked. Feminine voice (been mam'd on the phone). Never even held a girls hand romantically, never had a date.

I'm an extreme case though -- result of sh*t aesthetics & voice + being south asian immigrant who has had to bounce from country to country

how tall are you?

It takes time and courage to admit that other people were right.

It's easier to do nothing and find excuses.

He gets mad a people giving him advice because deep down he knows they're right but the truth is too hard for him to face.

How do I know?

...everyone with a minimum of knowledge and common sense know for a fact it's impossible to build muscles unless you take dangerous steroids, eat for 5 people, take eat tons of protein supplements and dedicate your entire life to bodybuilding.

But I guess men will always be in denial about this fact. "I can become huge too!", it's like the beta chumps who go to clubs every week and think "this time I will bring a hottie back home!" And every week they come back with their dick in their hands. But hey, I understand, you want to believe!

I could give two shits if Dante works out or not, or if he self improves or not.

What bugs me is the misinformation he tosses out as if it's facts when we all know from a science perspective its not possible unless he had a density medical problem.

To write "i can't workout because my wrists are so frail they would break like a girls'

instead he should just write "f*** off, I don't want to work out"

then its conversation over.

Not really he does not want too

@macaroni does not work out no one asks hims why..he also eats like a garbage disposal (sorry but you sound like you do) because he wants to..he complains he is getting 'fat' he does not care obviously or he would stop.

I mean its not rocket science...people do or don't do what they want or don't want.

I do not know why Dante needs to find excuses--he has the perfect one--he does not believe working to put on muscle when he does not LIKE working out is going to help him aesthetically and if everything he says is true about himself--he is probably right.

I think its good for All people to work out to not age in pain--but this is different then gym-maxing for women

To suggest Dante Gym max to increase his chances with women is ridiculous.

LETS not forget the poor kid is castrated by medication anyway and he has NO interest in women.

so what difference does it make?

Listen, I'm a 25-year-old virgin, bald, short, with a shitty physique, my ugly face ruined by cystic acne and crooked teeth, among the other things. What the f*** am I supposed to do?

1. Get teeth fixed.
2. Seek treatments about acne.

It makes a difference in how you see yourself. I can confirm I view myself differently since I got my teeth fixed (at 30).

The only "purple pill" is coping. Pretending not to notice how people mock and laugh at me for my deformity and pretending not to be hurt, smiling and being funny knowing you'll have to wait until you get home to cry.

be positive and train abs and neck

will get laid like a motherfucker

You must be thinking of someone else.

Yeah, going to the gym has had a huge positive impact on my life. Has kept the depression at bay. Gymming has been a core part of my identity.

Are you saying that he should do some kind of exercise to make him happy like running or something, or that he can actually become attractive?

I've said before in this thread, it's really annoying hearing all this delusional Oprah style positivity from people here, even Fred who now believes it's Dante's fault when Fred's own life only got better after extensive cosmetic surgery to his skin, teeth, hair, eyes and nipples. Ridiculous.

Has bodybuilding fixed the practical problems you face as a bald man or has it just made you feel better about them CF?

For the record, I don't think all that would even have been effective for Fred if he was Dante's height.

I have nothing going for me naturally. Weight training has at least given me one aspect over which I have some control over, one aspect of myself I don't hate compared to my peers. I can't tell just how important that is.

Also, strenuous exercise has mental effects. Lifting heavy is a different state of being, like meditation. It has helped me manage stress/depression, it has helped me be more effective at work, it has made me smarter. It has made me more than I would have been otherwise.
