Just received mine today. Do you guys make a 'batch' or just mix it once a week? 10mg is still 5mg inaccurate on a 0.001mg scale.

I measure 100 mg on the weight, mix with distilled water and then divide into five.
There are 20 mg left with a little distilled water - ten I have on the front and ten crowns
But I do not know how safe it is.

I'm starting a PRP soon. The place I go to is very professional, but they not use also microneedling.
What is the best time after home wounding that i do once every 3 weeks (and use of LICL) which should be used to treat PRP.
Few days after wounding,1 week after wounding, 2 weeks?
Friends with knowledge and experience, very much thank you if you can help me choose when to set up PRP queues.

Your using it a couple of days in a row after wounding. There doesnt seem to be a consensus yet about the routine voor Licl

I've been using it daily for 3 months after rolling 1.5mm once a week! Not noticed anything significant.

You don't get sides? I get blurred vision if I use more than 20mg. 100 seems like a lot.

I use only 20 mg.
I put 100 mg in a glass, add distilled water. use only 1/5.
I do this only for comfort and accuracy (because it is very little material)

It does not need to be stored in the freezer right? I got my batch a month ago or so but it has been standing on my desk the entire time. I just opened it and it literally looks like salt by the way. Is that what it is supposed to look like?

i wonder if rubbing can regrow hair, the stereotype of wearing a cast on a broken leg causing hair to grow is it true ? i know people tried massaging the scalp with fingers (Balayam) and it did absolutely nothing, but maybe using cast material which is rougher and has a higher surface area ?

Room temp is fine (actually best). It's hydrophilic so keep the lid on tight as it'll absorb moisture from the air and clump--the clumps are still useable, just a pain to then break up. Yes, it is a salt so looks (and tastes) like salt too. In the qttys we use for it, no worries of toxicity btw.

In this very strange article massage was capable of ONLY thickening of hair, with no changes in hair density or growth speed. Better than nothing, I guess?

Abstract
Objective:
In this study, we evaluated the effect of scalp massage on hair in Japanese males and the effect of stretching forces on human dermal papilla cells in vitro. Methods: Nine healthy men received 4 minutes of standardized scalp massage per day for 24 weeks using a scalp massage device. Total hair number, hair thickness, and hair growth rate were evaluated. The mechanical effect of scalp massage on subcutaneous tissue was analyzed using a finite element method. To evaluate the effect of mechanical forces, human dermal papilla cells were cultured using a 72-hour stretching cycle. Gene expression change was analyzed using DNA microarray analyses. In addition, expression of hair cycle-related genes including IL6, NOGGIN, BMP4, and SMAD4 were evaluated using real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction. Results: Standardized scalp massage resulted in increased hair thickness 24 weeks after initiation of massage (0.085 ± 0.003 mm vs 0.092 ± 0.001 mm). Finite element method showed that scalp massage caused z-direction displacement and von Mises stress on subcutaneous tissue. In vitro, DNA microarray showed gene expression change significantly compared with nonstretching human dermal papilla cells. A total of 2655 genes were upregulated and 2823 genes were downregulated. Real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction demonstrated increased expression of hair cycle–related genes such as NOGGIN, BMP4, SMAD4, and IL6ST and decrease in hair loss–related genes such as IL6. Conclusions: Stretching forces result in changes in gene expression in human dermal papilla cells. Standardized scalp massage is a way to transmit mechanical stress to human dermal papilla cells in subcutaneous tissue. Hair thickness was shown to increase with standardized scalp massage.

What about Lithioderm (Lithium gluconate gel available in france)? Anyone tried it(french members?) It seems it was in an older follica patent. Also there was a german study years ago sponsored by follica but no results have been released… why? have you read something about it?

Never heard of it, interesting find, Follica tried a larger variety of compounds than i thought
