What brand(s) of Finasteride and Nizoral are you using? Are you cutting up a Proscar tab into pieces or using Propecia, 1 mg? Is the Nizoral the 1% or 2%

I use Fincar by Cipla, 5mg split into 4. Right now I'm just using Nizoral 1%, havent tried 2% yet. I might order some this week and add it next month .

Hey guys, just giving you guys a 12 Month (1 year update). I didn't do the temples because the photos weren't angled right. Basically looks the same, with little new hairs. Nothing huge that people would notice.

As for side effects, outside of shedding (which still happens since I took a shower when I snapped these today), nothing much. My ballache went away. Feel normal, feel good. Been hitting a lot of life goals

If you guys wanna give me feedback, go for it.

I think its VERY important to give the medicine AT LEAST A YEAR before you make up your mind to add something else. This is a marathon, not a race.

As I've given finasteride a year, I'm going to add Microneedling this month! I already ordered my Derminator 2

I like your way of approach. Stick with it for a while and then decide what to do next. Mixing up stuff and /or jumping from one med to another will end up in a mess. You def seem to have maintained which you should also consider as a success.

However, if you decide to add dermarolling why don't you add minoxidil as well?

Because I want to see if microneedling alone is good enough. If I don't like the results in a year, I can always add it.

So now I've done my 3rd Demarolling session. Too early to see results but I did promise to do a comparasion of my temples. It looks like they are slowly growing back? Check out the new photos and let me know what you guys think, I put some arrows showing it slowly closing up. Also the right photo has a lot of little black hairs (cross your fingers they grow!)

I switched from a dermastamp (1 mm) to the derminator 2 recently and...damn, that thing is brutal. The 1 mm setting feels way more intense than pressing hard with a dermastamp. Let me know what you think of the derminator compared to rolling.

Great going in terms of reversal! The power of Finasteride. We're from the same generation, incredible to think you could have been on finasteride since 08 but you have a slow pattern so hardly any damage done by getting off it. Before you looked to be balding in terms of crown, hairline and diffuse - I can tell the hair was harder to comb and more lifeless. Now you look full, no recession!
