Well, you'll never run out of potential donor grafts, that's for sure. They could even soften up your hairline using grafts from your fingers (how hairy are your hands???)

I have pretty much resigned myself to going bald in my 40s. I think I am following my fathers hairloss pattern.

Must have been 30 odd in that photo.

His temples you can see are receeded. Kept that until he was 40 odd. My temples are going the same way.

Older bro hairline is similar, and he is yet to be a NW6 despite being a year older. (26) Density is the same. So although I am not going to rule it out, dont think it will happen. Crown and vertex is all fine, just hairline

Fucks sake, why dont they invent a cure for this, affects so many mens mental health. Right now, have a lot going for me, but I am so depressed over this sh*t, that sometimes I cant be bothered to socialise.

And yeah good joke about the hairy hands. :woot:

The problem is you seem to have quite severe mental health issues without any of the hair loss........

tbh Losing my hair is the one thing that bothers me immensely. 4 years ago, I didn't give a sh*t about hairloss. Used to wax it up and everything, it was my pride and I used to get complimented a lot for it.

4 years later, hair loss has kicked in, different story all together. Cant wax it up anymore cos of my hairline. And even then it is not the hairline that is bothering me, it is the prospect of being significantly bald prematurely that does. Just like everyone else that posts on here who still has a lot of hair left but has mild recession.

You might feel your confidence going now, but imagine having that confidence stripped from when you're just a vunerable teen with little experience with ladies and no developed game to compensate.

Yep, sucks dick losing hair at 16.

Sorry guys, I guess I will leave now.

Sorry for the bother.

And you are right, come to think of it I am being ungrateful for the hair I have on my head right now. Never realise how lucky I am until I come onto here.

I'm trying to be nice here but I really think you do need to see a psychologist - I really do think you have severe BDD.

If I were you I'd go to your doctor and I'd tell him everything you've just told us. I'd even print off a few posts you've made on this board and I'd bring them to the doctor.

If the doctor is competent he should recommend some therapies that will help you - such as cognitive behavioural therapy or other treatments. If you say you are "losing your 20's" over incredibly minor loss (loss that 95% of people 25 and over have - the MATURE HAIRLINE) - then you have bad psychological problems with BDD.

Oknow, you have BDD and a huge fear of going bald. I understand how you feel but posting your situation more than once is not going to get you any sympathy from so many men who have it so much worse. You have all the info you need to save your hair. There is no need to post the same thing over and over again. I think you need to realize you still have your youth regardless of how your hair looks. If you continue to obsess about your hair you are going to lose perception of how fortunate you are to be in your 20's still. My obsession with my hair has been a thorn in my side. My hair is getting thinning due to age and there is nothing I can do to reverse it. The last thing I would do is keep coming on here over and over again crying about my minor situation when so many of these men have such significant hair loss that the whole world can see. Get some psychological help now or you are going to live a very miserable life as you age and other things start to change.

LOL, I forgot this thread. Thanks for reminding me. I think we learned a lesson. Hair loss can hit you anytime and sometimes when it's at the earliest stage it might be hard for even the best Norwood spotters to notice it. But most people know their hair better than anyone else. I think hair obsession might be a better choice of words than BDD in some cases. You did have great hair in your 20's. You cannot deny that.

It was so thick, can’t even grow it out like that anymore and expect the same level of thickness

hairline has receded too

And yet some unicorns keep their thick juvenile hairline well into their 50's and older. I saw a guy yesterday who has no gray, still a thick NW1 and is 53. He just doesn't have the gene. Almost 100 percent of the guys I see with thick NW1's in their 50's and very few gray hairs are hispanic or middle eastern.
