Ran into her grocery shopping, she didn't even bother to say hi or anything else first. Instead she commented on my hair saying that I resembled her bald and fat uncle. Very flattering of her.
Your ex girlfriend, someone you used to love sees you and doesn't even bother greeting you. But instead says the most hurtful comment she could think of.

The silverlining is that she's a f*****g sociopath and you seem to have hurt her enough for her to lash out like a 12 year old already.

She's definitely a sociopath. I remember back in my Army days I lost a buddy and her response was to just "get over it" because he wasn't coming back, mind you this was the day after his death. I've met some heartless people, but none as cold as her. Part of me believes it's amplified because she's a woman. Idk, I've just never encountered a man like that, all of the coldest people I've met have been women. Coincidence?

I can't believe I am saying this, but... I agree with you.

Those meds ruined my body - and I am not exagerating, it ruined my veins - I feel awful, look like a young girl with a 40 yo body so, no, I am not coming near those meds again.
I thought you were only 20lbs overweight?

That's not even noticeable in clothes and you may be surprised about the number of men that like a little meat (note: not obesity)

The general line like "Yes you have X flaw, but there are plenty of Y who will like/won't mind your X" doesn't help.

You know how you hear "it is not that Bad" from others when it's not happening to them, but really it's changing your life.
Sadly, it is that bad.
@JohnsonDDG it's not about "meet" and if men like it. It's about the weight you feel yourself in. I am not 20 lbs overweight btw. My weight range as "normal" but I would like to go back to 48-50kg so to lose 5kg. (I am 5'3)
But the weight un itself is not the reason it's that bad. Antiandrogens ruined m'y veins, for real. I will have to "shut" one vein un my left leg through surgery one day to stop feeling pain from it. If it's hot weather, I can't walk ; if I am sitting on my desk all day, I have very bad pains and after muay thaï it feels like I had terrible crampes on both legs. That's what I call impact. And I am not even mentionning the aesthetic aspect of that. So no, I am not going near meds again. As a result, I have to watch my hair falling again even more aggressively... And when you have long hair and it's everywhere but on your head, trust me, it can make you ill.
I don't want to vent but it's really that Bad, even though most of the time I don't say much here.
Maybe it's time for a break from this section for me.

Veins problems and sucks a lot I agree.

I have something which is comparable or a bit worse (in perspective) – joints problems which are worsened whenever I play my favorite sport. Very frustrating considering I'm quite good in it and that problems cripple me.

"Shave it" lol
Do you see a lot of balding women with shaved head ?
When woman shaved is only fine when you are fullhead (life is cruel) and if you have the face for it.
No choice. Wig

I need CRISPR and I need it right now.

Je suis tres desole pour toi chere Pas, mais j'admire ton courage et ton humour. Tu es simplement super, peu importe que se passe avec tes cheveux :)

If I was a woman i'd probably wear a wig myself if I went bald.
