Lost a bit of hair on Propecia after 5 month...kinda scared

I'm 22 y/o with early frontal thinning noticed it about 9 months and been on Propecia for almost 5 1/2 months with zero worsening at least to my eyes. The past 2 months I notice very little hairs or nothing at all in the shower (used to have clumps) and less during styling. A few weeks ago I noticed some thickening in the left side of my mid anterior but a few days ago at the very tip of my forelock where it was already weak it got slightly more weak one the right side of that tip, the loss is very little there but I noticed it. This is freaking me out that this would happen now after 5 1/2 months. Is this normal?

I'm currently a NW2 but miniaturization study showed I'm on a NW3 with mid anterior thinning pattern.

I know about it but honestly I didn't see that shed during my whole time on Propecia. Although I continued to shed lots of hair just like before treatment which now was cut down a lot in the past 1 1/2 - 2 months or so. My question is if it's normal to suddenly see a bit of loss after 5 months!

Everyone is different, just because some guy had a huge shed at month 2 doesn't mean the next guy gets a big shed at that time too. The guy next to him could have a huge shed at month 5 or 6.

I know about this whole thing but what got me scared is that after 5 months I suddenly saw some some thickening and then about a week later a bit of loss, so it makes me wonder how some part got better and the other part got worse!
