It contains the answers to all your questions.

Does nobody even read the previous posts on this thread. I posted all the relevant information a few posts above. #271
FYI - My post wasn't an inquiry. If it's okay with you, I just wanted to chime in so that folks would know that there was more interest in the 2nd group buy. I sent Emanuele my payment via paypal. Thanks.

I think before he would send the lotion, he would update his blog. It's not like I'm waiting for the lotion to be in my postbox every day. But it's a little bit strange, that there are no new updates. From his last update we should have received our lotion already.

None of us has already received the lotion, but we have to wait til Friday... Then we´ll see! ;)

Still think the guy is trustworthy, don´t worry.

you send him 90 euros to his paypal using his email tagliariniemanuele@gmail.com
you go to paypal select send money to family and friend and put his email and the amount of 90 euros, that's it.
last time he made a paypal invoice and his paypal account was blocked for 2 weeks and they ask him some paper to prove that he is a seller. so now he ask us to send via send money to family and friend.

he wrote that in the last 2 posts.

Note: Sending it to "family and friend" prevents the possibility of filing a dispute to get your money back.

Why is he already doing a 2nd group buy if he hasnt sent anything to the first people? I've heard there's 100 people in on it, is he really going to mail out 100 packages?

Tread lightly.

Yea I'm in the 2nd group buy and I'm not too eager to send 90 euros right away when:

1. Nobody from the 1st GB received lotion yet.
2. Sending money to him using "family/friend" option takes away the dispute option to get money back if it's a scam.
3. 100 people is a lot to package together items for and get shipping labels for etc...(though I'm sure some of that 90 euro price tag accounts for this)

So send him email and tell him that you canceled your participation to the 2 second groupe so somebody else can take your place.

Now the second GB are blocked because of persons like you.

All of you were begging him to make a second GB and when he asked for money now you're hesitating and won't pay.

Do you also want a receipt and a Fidia stamp for the patent?

Have you received the lotion?

A FedEx guy came to my place less than an hour ago and I was really excited, but it turned out that he brought a different thing.

No but what about the ordered item? I'm also not going to send 1 cent until everyone of the 1st GB receives his lotion! Sending money in advance is always a stupid decision if you are dealing with private people... the more when you have to give up the buyer protection provided by paypal.

All you guys are ridiculous.

The first group buy ended and everyone emails him one-by-one asking for a second group buy instead of taking charge and organizing it properly. He does a nice thing and puts together a 2nd GB right away because everyone asked him to and now you have a problem with it. Meanwhile if the first GB got their lotion you'd be pissing and moaning about why you didn't receive the 2nd order right away.

You're acting like you're doing him a favor when its the other way around. Do you expect him to float the cost of all this lotion for dozens and dozens of people he doesn't even know.

Although I identify with hairloss sufferers as a whole they are incredibly impatient and insufferable. Whether it's researchers or fellow forum members everyone always has a problem.

It's funny because on friday police visited me because they got information from Interpol that i have contact with ISIS :D they said something about being aware of accepting friend requests on facebook from unknown people and receiving/sending e-mails, few days earlier i contacted on this mail, on 90% not the reason but funny coincidence

this second GB sucks for real. i don't know how long it will take for us to convince one by one all the participant of the second GB to pay the F**** money.

may be at that time the original brotzu lotion will be out to the market.

i think i'll email emanual and tell him to drop the list of the actual participant of the second GB. and who pay first get his place in the list. and for whom are hesitating you can participate to the 5th or 6th GB may be! or may be never !!

This is sounding more like a scam everyday, especially with "tzt" constantly urging people to send him money. I don't know this guy but I'm supposed to send him money through friends and family (no recourse) even though he hasn't delivered and raised the cost. He probably got the picture of the sonicator from Google images.

To all the people complaining about not making the second group buy??? Just send him payment. What difference does it make if no one from the second list is sending. What does he care? Just send payment and ask him for an update on how many more people he needs to complete the second gb.

Hm, another random user who just happened to create an account late August is urging people to send Spato money. Definitely seems like a scam now. Scammers like to use urgency to prey on desperate people.
