Male (28) hair loss advice. Is this the start of balding?

Hi, ive been taking finasteride 1mg and minoxidil (liquid) daily for the last 7 months.
Im worried about my crown area and whether its balding,thinning or a cowlick. I cant tell if my barber has parted my crown differently, or if its been cut too much inside the crown leaving the outside long.. this could be me just in denial. Its my first time in a while letting it grow, so ive only really starting to notice it now.

Ps. The last 2 photos are maybe just over 7 months ago. Just finding the difference pretty dramatic

Get a prescription from your doctor for oral minoxidil 2.5 mg per day off label for hair loss. Much stronger than Rogaine liquid minoxidil on the hair scalp.

Its temporary probably. Heard it gets worse before it gets better. One guy said it took him 30 months before his hair got better.

Yeah ive seen cases of people saying it can take a year or two. Its just pretty scary considering how huge the patch has become
