Ok let me correct what I said, not everybody but vast majority, 15 percent that keep their hair forever seems reasonable, it is definitely not "many men" though. Anyway, how does it fit in? It means that only those 15 percent have those features you talk about?
I don't know about specific percentage but many men have poor craniofacial features. I'd say about men who have them that there is 85% chance that they will have some degree of slight recession and 15% chance that they will stay Norwood 1.

He's of the lucky ones. He has poor craniofacial features - thin and crooked nose, rounded jawline and flat cheekbones. But he is already in his 70s and has perfect hair.
But Nicolas Cage is definitely not. He's not lucky.
