Your hair reminds me of Jim Carreys hair. His temples have been a thick nw2.5 for decades with no sign of them receding more.

You have some hair loss but it depends if you are okay with some.
A little I guess but don't want much worse. Density is still solid I think but see through the front bits a little more.

Agreed. I would start treatment but that’s just me
corners seem a little thinner maybe but could just be in my head, in pics looks the same but when styling seems thinner. Currently using lia organics rosemary hair growth oil and a 1mm derma roller. My derm said he didnt think I needed medical treatment but said to come back soon to compare photos and see if rogaine would be worth it. He very much doesn't think I need finasteride.

Longer hair can mask early stage hairloss up to a certain point. It’s very difficult to tell without taking measurements, good consistent photos, and/or examining miniaturization with a dermatoscope. Without those things it’s just too subjective. One can lose up to 50% density before it’s really obvious to the untrained eye. Have those three things done once a year at least and make your decision from those comparisons.

I think you're balding, doesn't mean you're going to end up a nw7, but there's definitely miniaturization at your temples.
