I wasn't sure if I should post it on here, but Danielle is quite open and she even commented on the Daily Mail.

Some good comments there as well....

Good for you Danielle ! I think you're really brave and I wish you every happiness for the future. ps love your hair colour by the way !

Aww what a lovely lady it's good to see somebody living their dreams. Wishing her good luck with the rest of her procedures. It's incredibly brave that she has been so open with a story

It takes courage and determination to live your life the way you feel you were meant to. Good luck Danielle, you seem like a lovely lady.

I had noticed she had'nt been on in a while.

Although me and Geminix never agree on here because we only discuss the subject of uk hair transplant's. I have unbelievable respect for her and what she has achieved in life.

If you can imagine that she's dealing with something that is at least 10x more significant than just hairloss alone.

I remember her telling us about that incident she had in the department store. I am glad she is becoming the women she felt she was all along. I hope she will come back here to say hello.

Yeah kind of blows away the arguement for all those guys who claim that bald guys face harrasment and persecution just by leaving the house.
Danielle is leading a much fuller happier life than any of them.

wait, hold on a second, mind telling me how does this serve as a proof that hair loss sufferers don't face those things? she might just be better at coping when it comes to hostility.

I just read this and wondered was it her. Definitely GeminiX.

Good to see she's doing well but slightly disappointed if she's done a formal interview with the Daily Mail..they are one of, if not THE worst papers for hounding balding celebs.

Is that why so many British posters are obsessed with bald celebrities? I have always wondered that.

Hey you guys :)

I'm all over the media again this week, though none of the stories out there came from my agency:
http://www.dailystar.co.uk/news/view/24 ... fect-lady/
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/artic ... woman.html
http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/ne ... woman.html

I'm back on Sky News and This Morning again too, next week I think.

Kinda on topic, hair transplant spotters can see me having a really bad hair day in those pictures; you can (if you know what you're looking for) see the density difference in the hair at the front of my had vs. the crown area. My hair is way over-due for a colour treatment, and as the shoot (in my bedroom lol) was so rushed I was perspiring somewhat too.

Thanks so much for the comments too, you know I love all you guys dearly x

edit: Russia want's some Dani action too it seems - http://www.libertatea.ro/detalii/artico ... 89384.html

You're quite right too, even though as it turns out the reception was pretty good (I got off lightly), the press agency who sold my story to them did so without my permission or with the correct story; it's a bodged paraphrase of some of earlier stories which have run.

Saying someone is really happy is one thing. But who really knows. It's not like it's a cure-all..many examples where it's not the case.

While it's true that there are few guarantees in life, misdiagnoses sometimes happen, sometimes people just lie etc. you should probably dig a little deeper instead of using Charles Kane as evidence....

Danielle, I think the main draw for the media was that you were a millionaire( or maybe you still are :) ) and used alot of your finances to become a women. I wonder if they still would have been just as interested if you were never a millionaire. Regardless, in some cases money can buy you "happiness". I think in your case it may have bought you some but I know society did not make it so easy for you to find your happiness.

At my job, I met a very interesting family. Both siblings were transgender. One transgendered from male to female. The other is a teen going from female to male. I think the siblings are like 20 years apart. Do you think in this case the older sibling may have some influence on the younger sibling? How common is this?
