You are in an uphill battle if you are not using finasteride or dutasteride. Why have you not started to at least maintain what little you have?

I am not use fіnasteride because I am afraid of side effects, while I see the result and it suits me, in the future I will do a hair transplant in Turkey and close the issue forever, photo "before"/"after".

Problems with the gastrointestinal tract cannot have such an effect on the hair, this is a typical, unfortunately, rather aggressive male pattern baldness. In your case, you can not do without a transplant, but even after it, it is very advisable to start taking finasteride or other antiandrogens. Alas, we cannot change our terrible genetics, so it remains only to act on hormones in order to achieve something.

Hello friends. If anyone is interested in what my hair situation looks like after almost 5 years, I'm adding photos. I don't take anything (no medications, just sports and proper nutrition). I occasionally use a dermaroller. I'm planning to have a hair transplant, but I'm not sure they'll refuse me.

p.s. Do you think that if I start taking minoxidil and finasteride I will be able to roll back two stages?

Hi guys, since august I have been taking minoxidil again (5% Kirkland in morning) and also started using finasteride locally (Essengen 6 by MinoxidilMax in the evening at a dosage of 0.25 mg per day (0.5ml)) and skinroller 1mm., let's see the result.
