No how long was the period you did it? Weeks, months?

1 year+. I'm a strong believer in microneedling with LiCl. Patches where i microneedeld more had noticably more hair.
But it only works when you have something else to promote regrowth. And in my case, its not minoxidil.

Have you got any before and after pics?

I've been dermarolling for a month. 1.5mm every week, skipped my third week by accident.

It's a bit early to say I definitely have good results, but I DO have visible progress. Yesterday I noticed that I have new tiny pigmented hairs along my hairline, especially on my right side.

At this point in time, I haven't used any growth stimualant, but I'm definitely tempted.

what dosage of lithium chloride did you use and also, also do you know of any other users who've had success with LiCl?

I use as much as possible and leave it on for 1-2 hours.
U don't have 'success' with LiCl. You need to have success with some other treatment first. Dermarolling just helps that other treatment to work faster/better.
When I used seti+minoxidil+mircroneedling+LiCl, I was getting better and better. When seti ran out, i continued the rest of stack but still lost all gains. Sometimes on seti, u get stuck - no new regrowth. That's when i dermaroll as hard as i can and get new hairs this way.

Do you think LiCl on it's own would at least help someone slowdown their loss there when that's all the other treatments are doing for them anyway?

If you gonna use LiCl, you have to wound first. If I understand correctly, WNT tells your stem cells to build new hair cells instead of skin cells when there is a wound.
Will it slow down balding? Probably. Just remember, you gotta wound really well. If you assume 1 needle wound=1 potential hair, you gonna have to do it a lot per session.
