I have plenty of unpleasant side effects, but still no beneficial effects. Does anyone here know if biovea minoxidil kirkland is effective?

I have used Kirkland minoxidil for years, not from biovea though, with no sides and I think it has helped, but unfortunately I have reached the point of needing propecia.
