I know, but don't you shave and if not why not? I think you posted your head shape here once or shared it and it wasn't unusual in any way. Maybe I'm hallucinating. At that stage and your age it's either shave or wig.
yea its just shaved head usually refers to full head shaved down.

Money is just imaginary digital numbers created by bankers. They create money out of thin air its all an illusion. Material items like nice cars is usually people trying to overcompensate. I remember seeing an interview with a millionaire hollywood director when he was old, he said" I would of traded all my money to know what its like to be a truly handsome man".

I would rather have good genetics than have billions of dollars. Having good genes trumps all. Looks are priceless. I would say like 99.9 percent of people in america with full hair wouldn't take a million dollars if they had to be permanently bald for the rest of their lives. Even if your homeless, being good looking is such a piece of mind you can't buy.

f*****g lol at "money means nothing"

Give away everything you have and go live in the slums of a 3rd world country and tell me "money means nothing"

If you were born in a 1st world country you already hit one of the lotteries of life

beyond having enough to survive it doesnt mean much. up until the amount you need to survive though its of course literally everything

like i said, jk rowling being asked the best thing about going from poverty to billionaire, she says:

"I have not forgotten what it feels like to worry whether you'll have enough money to pay the bills. Not to have to think about that anymore is the biggest luxury in the world."

Happiness is also predominantly dependent on comparison to your immediate surroundings and peers.

I'm always reminded of an episode of the Simpsons where Lisa gets advanced to the 3rd grade but suddenly now has to work hard to keep up and is no longer the smartest girl in her class. At the end of the episode:

Principal Skinner: Lisa, you have a choice. You may continue to be challenged in third grade, or return to second grade and be merely a big fish in a little pond.

Lisa: Big fish! Big fish!

I think most people will be happier as the big fish in a little pond. That is to say, being born in a shithole country likely isn't bad if you're the top 5% of the population there that everyone worships and wants. ie. You will likely be happier to be in the top 5% of a crappy country than the bottom 5% of a nice country.

I often think for example, if I had been born somewhere where men were shorter, I would have never had to have felt so short myself my whole life. I mean, who cares how tall Swedes are if you don't live in Sweden and never see them? It's your immediate surroundings that set your baseline for what's "good" or "bad".

As a result, I also often think that for example, many Southeast and South Asian parents who emigrate to places in North America or Europe to give their children a "better future" may unintentionally be damning those kids to a far worse life, where they will never be considered to measure up next to the native Chads they will then spend their new lives being compared to.

At the extreme, the average Filipino man is 5'4" tall. In Philippines that's fine. But what happens when you move that man into a country where the average man is 5'9" or 5'10" and women have "6 FEET AND UP" on their dating profiles? Where is that 5'4" man going to be truly happier?

Unfortunately, the economic situation in shithole countries is so bad that you also have to be in the top 1-5% financially to have a decent life = doing the soul crushing rat race to get into a well-paying profession.

Basically, if you're south asian, you're screwed. In original shithole country, economic woes. If emigrating to the west, Chad woes.

One of the girl living nearby my house had a MAJOR operation..
Do you know what the name of that operation..

HEART TRANPLANT.

How many even know the fees of Heart Transplant?

She was daughter of a 4 th class government employee..his expences were paid by her Uncle..
How many of your relative are willing to pay something like this for you...
give me a figure.

His uncle has a cash equal to over 10 million USD cash in his bank account.
f***..I don't want to even mention his property here.
Do you know the probabilty of finding heart for a young 26 year old girl..

It would be difficult in country like US for an american UHNWI too.

You don't understand the life of people in India.

Most people do not look at stylish hifi living as a neccessity.
Living a wealthy life is not aim of people here.

Indian people are divided in strata of expectations from life..

Some like wealthy living .
Some are happy just to run the family without problems .educating their kids and marrying their kids in a decent manner to a decent guy or girl.

Offcourse there are huge number of poor people, beggars too that have very difficult time to live a life.
But remember...
there are more beggars on Internet than South Asia.

I do remember one relative of my cousin brother had cardiac operation.(age 50 years old).
For blood requirement, more than 5 to 10 people went in a 2 Toyota Innova car for my cousin's relative operation to one bigger city at 200 kilometer away.

How many people have close one's that are willing to leave their entire work for just donating blood for you in case of need?

You are kind of supporting my point. The girl was "lucky" that she had an uncle with 10 million USD (how did he accumulate that weatlh?). 99% of Indians would not be able to afford major medical procedures.

No...please understand what i am saying in other points.
I have met tons of poor people in India and they are perfectly happy with what they are.

Poverty doesn't mean lack of money.(provided someone is able to run the family without problem.)
It is inablity to do things you dreamed off.

Most people here do not dream of fancy perks in the first place.
You cannot labelled them as poor.

Being in government medical..i had the responsibilty of taking their economic history ..
most had no interest in fancy perks.
They just want their livelihood.

There are far more people who are cursing themselves for not having Tesla or Iphones.

We cannot question point of view of another person.
