Dude, I think you should really add both an anti androgen (finasteride, dutasteride, whatever) and a form of Minoxidil to your regime if you want to keep your hair. There's still small strains of hair left both on the crown and hairline.
There's a good chance that Minoxidil would make at least those areas appear fuller, if not regrow a whole bunch if your lucky. While the anti androgen would keep the hair you have, and even thicken it up (most of the time at least).
