Removal of old cells is called autophagy, there was a nobel prize for it in 2016. It's a process that accelerates after 16 hours of fasting, among other conditions.
Fasting also improves wound healing. It may be good in combination with dermarolling.

I too am not seeing the benefit for this on male pattern baldness unless someone explains to me like I'm 5 how it would work.

My understanding is this eliminates senescent cells but what you need for a hairloss cure is the regeneration of destroyed organs.

I can't help but think the two are not related

Not closely related, but I dont want to open a new topic, look at this: https://futurism.com/elon-musk-just-launched-a-company-to-merge-your-brain-with-a-computer/

I think we're going to have our avatars walking the earth sooner than male pattern baldness cure, probably. :)

EDIT:
it's just 3-5 years away. :D

Jokes aside, if they're gonna great some kind of neural robots which will spread through our brain, then they can theoretically use those robots to kill whatever is linked with male pattern baldness in the blood? Just guessing here, it's very interesting nevertheless.

Alivebyscience

I got the 100 gram bag for just $150 which lasted me 5 months it’ll last double that at 250 mg(one scoop) a day

I’m moving on to the more expensive liposomes to test out the improvement.

everything else I mentioned is cheap and typical supplement price range.

Ive done a lot of research on NMN and would’ve been on it, hairline receding or not. But I’ve stabilized my hair big time on it these past 6 months or so.

If NMN/NR do what studies show they do, money is not even a question.

The molecules themselves are infinitely more valuable than the amount of money it takes to buy.

IT ain't NAD+ it is precursor to NAD+ called NMN. Despite that it is questionable if it would do anything for Androgenetic Alopecia. However it certainly makes Androgenetic Alopecia more bearable once Tsuji or Tissuse comes to market and you would still look younger for your age.

Would also like to point out that the one that has shown fur growth in mice is not actually NAD+ or NMN it is entirely different protein for senescent cell removal.
NMN doesn't do so much alone. Combined with 5-amino 1mq and niacin, though, it's good. But it won't help your hair loss.

"Topical niacinamide does not stimulate hair growth based on the existing body of evidence - John E. Oblong Andrew W. Peplow Scott M. Hartman Michael G. Davis
This letter is intended to clarify misconceptions in the consumer world on the alleged side effects of niacinamide (Nam or nicotinamide) on hair growth properties. It is important that the overall body of evidence related to Nam and hair biology be reviewed so as not to confuse consumers and patients on Nam impact on facial and body hair. We have reviewed the published literature and provide new data to demonstrate that Nam has a neutral, if any, impact on hair growth properties."
