Do Hair Transplants Thin over Time video: (answer is yes)

Haven't watched the video but I am aware of all this. Transplants can thin in some people but not in all, depends on how aggressive your pattern is. Transplant hair should never be advertised as permanent but it often is permanent in most cases. Perhaps not in people who become NW6/7 early in life but that's a small % of baldies. That's why you see quite a few old men who have only their plugs on top and no native hair to camouflage it. If your donor is thinning in your 20s, shouldn't get a transplant in the first place. Senile alopecia happens to many normal people too.

Interesting, you're one of the rare users who did a hormone test before starting fina. Did your hormone levels change after using finasteride? (test, estrogen, dht, lh, fsh,...)
Not significantly iirc

1.) He did convince me to give finasteride a try but as soon as I experienced a side effect I got scared and stopped taking it

2.) I knew in advance that I would need multiple transplants down the road

3.) I regret nothing anyway because I have nothing but bad memories from being bald. I tried being bald for a little while before I went for a transplant. It lead me to have extremely low self esteem and post on incel forums.

Now incels are so unrelatable to me, but back then I felt like they were the only ones who "got" me.

So I should take 0.5mg 4 times a week? That means 2mg per week. Will it be effective or too low? Maybe it's a good idea to start low and build my way up.
yes i think considering that you already experienced side effects id start like this maybe, see how it goes

many do three times a week, monday, wednesday, friday

if yog tolerate it you can go up then
