Long story short we know that you can save your hair if you subcutaneously inject various growth factors. We've known this for a while. Problem is, various companies market these growth factors, therefore no single company can patent it and make money off of us. Catch my drift?

Pros and cons mate. You could easily argue that patents slow down innovation in this space. Histogen getting sued a number of years ago point in case.

People are buying and selling generic propecia left right and center. While it might not be one company sitting on the tech getting all the money and failing to innovate - it’s still a multi million dollar business.

I think parents and bs FDA in the USA are slowing us down. I’ve been watching all these fuckers for years :-/
