HSC will never make it to market. If they could've made it 5 years ago it might have been good. There's just too many alternatives coming now. W will have hair multiplication by then so I don't see people continuing to invest in Histogen until they get this thing through.

I'm sure it won't be affordable for most people, but we'll have it in Japan by then. We'll also have CB, Follica, a WNT activator, PRP, minoxidil, and finasteride. There's just no reason for HSC unless it far surpasses what they have shown.

They are entering phase III this year, so yes. It is not stronger than RU, but it has no side effects.
