Okey so discuss in the study that cetrizine has anti-inflammatory effects throught other routes "Charlesworth EN et al. showed that cetirizine causes a significant reduction in both the inflammatory cell infiltrate and PGD2 production. However, these effects apparently are not related to its anti-H1 activity [10].
Histamine release was not altered by cetirizine treatment, but prostaglandin D2 (PGD2) production, which peaked at 3 to 5 hours, was clearly reduced by cetirizine treatment, being lower at all time points during the reaction; this was significant by analysis of variance (p less than or equal to 0.04). The inhibition was most marked during the fifth hour of the reaction when there was a 50% suppression of the PGD2 level by cetirizine (0.193 ng/ml to 0.075 ng/ml [p less than or equal to 0.03]). The most dramatic effect of cetirizine was attenuation of the inflammatory cell migration into the chamber. Eosinophil infiltration was decreased by about 75% during hours 6, 7, and 8 (p less than or equal to 0.04), whereas the number of neutrophils was reduced by the same magnitude at the same times (p less than or equal to 0.04).(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)

Nope, we used a 1% lotion with alcohol and PG. It's pretty similar to the vehicle from the study.
the last part is actually the most crucial, and commonly failed, aspect of treatment.
Remember the "community trial" for dermarolling. All these people writing long woe is me, id do anything to reverse my hair loss....and what do you know literally less than 1% of the people involved actually stuck to it for more than 6 months. and the guy that kept it up for over a year had great results.
Baldness reminds me of obesity in this respect, people will do a big song and dance about how its ruining their lives, but they are unable to tolerate discomfort/pain in fixing their condition.

The second guy has wet hair in the Before picture, but the two last ones seems more legit, especially the last one.

Still works 100% on finasteride and ru. For the past couple years ive halved my cet dosage as it works just as well for what I need it for
