If you have to do that, you can left it for 24 hours and then filer it. Remember , that you will have to give at least 4 month ( better 6 ) to see if it works for you. I saw the results around the 4 month mark .
Yes i think minimum 4 months is what i'll try. I bought 400 10mg pills so i think i have enough for the try out ! do you let the pills stand in the water as they are or you crush all the 60 pills before throwing it in the water ?

The problem is you need to go to the pharmacy a million times because oral cetirizine is usually very few mg per dose, same for the liquid one, usually it's 15ml per box, considering you should need 2 ml to cover balding areas, you would need to go a couple times a month to the pharmacy, I hate this sh*t.

I want to ask on the pharmacy if they can give me deslo solution. How many ml of the lotion should ask for specifically, and what % of deslo? what amounts on the vehicle ingredients? just give me a precise list and I will try this. I want it isolated, I dont to add it within my finasteride+minoxidil foam just in case it interacts in the wrong way with it.

I would do a vehicle of:
50% propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, or propanediol
30% ethanol
20% water
With a concentration by mass of 1% desloratadine.
ie. 0.4 grams desloratadine in 40 mL vehicle.
That is what I do when I am custom mixing (although I add daro, niacin, and traditionally minoxidil as well).
Shouldn't have any trouble getting it compounded. It's not exactly a "controlled substance". Just an antihistamine. Good luck.

Thanks, I will look into it. Here in France we have many good pharmacists that will prepare customized solutions, I think I can be sure that the quality will be good. I have a doubt about ethanol, some guy said that it's not good for hairloss, it promotes inflamation, so you are trying to reduce inflamation with the deslo while adding inflamation with the ethanol... it's a problem, what about this.

Yes, ethanol does promote inflammation and is directly cytotoxic. However, it is beneficial as a penetration enhancer. If you want to go as low as 10-20% for ethanol that would probably be fine as well, and increase the water proportion to compensate.
