No idea what to add to my regimen(seven words)

@Derelict what would you say is the most affective oral medication you have taken? I, like yourself is desperate to add something else. The front of my hair (hairline) is degrading daily. I'm already on a very strong regimen. I see you're on a incredibly heavy dosage of Oral spironolactone. I tried that like 5 years ago quartered 25 mg pills so like 6mg a day and couldn't go more then 2 days. The stuff was straight poison for me. I seriously think i would have passed out, fainted and died if I took spironolactone for more then 5 consecutive days. Anyways, curious to know what you think has worked for you.

My current daily regimen:
0.5 mg dutasteride
Topical Minoxidil
150 mg RU

No I tested PRP half face, and lost exactly where it was injected it. The Game was: Normal for 4 weeks, thinner and shock loss from week 4 -8, then as thicker as Baseline for 3 months and darker, after 3 months a lot thinner than before PRP and recession in these areas. I am glad I tested it only half head. I can only recommend: Do high Quality Photos every 4 weeks in the same Lighting and a Trichoscan of the injected area every 6 months

I think your regimen is sound and should be enough for most people, i never had any problems with spironolactone tbh.

Thanks Derelict. But I was looking to hear what you think worked/works best for you? My current regimen is not holding up and looking to add something else.
