Im 16 turning 17 in January For the past 3 years ive had long hair and ive never been able to notice thinning hair or visible scalp through my hair its always looked like a full head of hair and i maybe saw 10-15 hairs in the shower and a few in a comb but thats normal id expect but. I recently got a haircut and didn't like the look so i decided to buzz my hair for the first time in a long time and at first the clippers i was using were very dull and barely cutting but i still decided to use them anyways until i noticed they were pulling my hairs and even causing a little pain once i got back to my crown area i stopped and borrowed a family members clippers and they worked fine. Funny thing is where male pattern baldness usually takes place meaning hairline to crown is where i cut with the bad clippers. Im just looking for suggestions on what to do i also was thinking maybe its not even male pattern baldness maybe its just that ive been neglecting the proper vitamins and i was thinking maybe i should go to a doctor to get examined and find out. But my othwr option was to wait about 2-3 weeks maybe a month and then re cut my hair with the good clippers and then see if i still notice the missing hairs because i don't think conditions would drastically change in 2-3 weeks if it was male pattern baldness and at the same time start taking vitamins and improving my diet and if the hair is back either eay then one of the solutions worked. Reason im thinking it could be because of the clippers is because of the never noticeable hair loss when i had long hair. What do you guys think it could be and what do you suggest i do? anyone feel free to respond women or men, anybody.
