Guys zinc and b6 feeds your hair topically and removes 98% of scalp dht. And laser therapy stimulates hair growth and increases bloodflow. This is the best and safest side effect free treatment we got. You dont need anything more than this. Its better than any upcoming treatment.

Oknow has hair loss like a competitive athlete technically is "fat' when they gain 1 more % body fat in the offseason by eating a few more pizzas.

Nevertheless, some of his advice is still useful.

But he has absolutely no idea about the bald experience, especially as a young guy going to horseshoe territory or the hairline of a 70 year old man.

Therefor his sanity must be questioned for spending as much time on this site as he has.

Tbh I read him say that when he stopped laser therapy and only used zix alone he started losing ground. So it seems laser therapy is what truely helped him the most.

yes, that is true , recession started to increase
Same thing happened when I just used laser without zix.

I need both
Makes sense. But I think saloon LLLT is way stronger and better than these useless laser helmets. But I find it Hard to believe only once weekly laser sessions would have any positive impact on the hair, laser caps and helmets are used EOD 25min.

my hairloss is not aggressive , so that’s probably why I can get away with it

that’s my hair today, hair is wet , you can see that the thin spot is still slightly thinner than the surrounding areas
