Didn't vote. I dont have the voting ID, which is necessary to vote. Have to waste a day in the commune office to get it. Not worth the hassle: there's high risk of getting mugged by gypsies or immigrants waiting in line to receive some free sh*t.

Not worth the hassle lol. Anyway I would've voted No to maintain some of my family's privileges, then I would've told everyone I voted Yes to virtue signal my 'progressive attitude'. That's how it works here, lol.

EDIT: last part is ironic but I realized Italians really do this and I may be taken seriously. Don't take me seriously. I didn't inform myself enough to make up my mind. Almost no one did it. In fact, PM Renzi, in a bold political move, transformed the referendum in a 'trust vote' by saying that a No victory would have made him resign (which it did). Big gamble but it was the only way to make the high risk, anti checks and balances gov reforms pass. There was some fear the Yes victory would have opened the doors to a new fascism in the near future if electoral law would pass accordingly: one party with no constraints can win an election. I think it was overplayed and made No win together with the hate for the dem party.
