I think high, prolonged stress (or perhaps an individual's personal reaction to stress) is the main factor.Drop sugar and refined carbs. There's such great difference when it comes to hair quality, dandruff and itch whenever I drop them. Also limit masturbation to 3-4 times weekly at most, it's boring anyway and p**rn is sh*t
It is almost like, the body beings shedding the hair as it is an unnecessarily (technically) component for survival that uses energy and nutrients that are needed instead to keep your body from breaking itself down from stress.
Perhaps that is bro science, but it's a theory of mine.
