one commonality I have seen with Norwood 1 guys: early greying

Drop sugar and refined carbs. There's such great difference when it comes to hair quality, dandruff and itch whenever I drop them. Also limit masturbation to 3-4 times weekly at most, it's boring anyway and p**rn is sh*t
I think high, prolonged stress (or perhaps an individual's personal reaction to stress) is the main factor.

It is almost like, the body beings shedding the hair as it is an unnecessarily (technically) component for survival that uses energy and nutrients that are needed instead to keep your body from breaking itself down from stress.

Perhaps that is bro science, but it's a theory of mine.

Not really broscience, I've had intense anxiety and OCD ever since I was a child. Always been living in constant stress and anxiety, this coupled with sh*t lifestyle and smoking 100% has triggered baldness at least a decade or two earlier than expected

I also always notice that dumb, carefree people who don’t give a f*** about anything are usually either complete fullheads or have very non-aggressive baldness that hits them later in life

Yeah there is some truth to that lol.

I was also prone to anxiety as a teenager, and it was tough in college especially, I think it triggered the gene prematurely for me.

Bro science. Our bodies are programmed to go bald as a sign of health. Take more vitamin d or boost your test and your hair loss gets worse. Young healthy guys, once they start going bald, go full nw6 much quicker than old guys. Screw up your hormones through finasteride or dutasteride overdose and you slow down your hair loss.

If hair loss is a sign of good health, why are bald guys so unattractive?

Baldness isn't a sign of health, it's actually an indicator of other negative traits such as high blood pressure, insulin resistance, prostate problems, etc.

Hair does have functions in the body. The human body is a small wonder. I refuse to believe that it is programmed to go bald due to the most common androgen. There must be a trigger to this disease. I agree with you that boosting or screwing your test/DHT can faster or slow down your hair loss.

Imo balding is a sign of a strong immune system.
You're talking about alopecia areata or universalis, which are autoimmune disorders

However, androgenic alopecia has nothing to do with the immune system

I talk about androgenetic alopecia. And yes, I understand you. It's just my hypothesis and I have nothing to prove it (at least till now)

Some of the healthiest people in the world (NBA players) got aggressive balding lol

You wouldn't date Statham huh?

I think he will live with it ;)

Yes if that's mostly muscle then it takes years of discipline and good genes

I'm starting to get really muscular now with bodyweight exercises. So much better than regular weight training. But with hair, no Jason Statham.

Good call with Calisthenics .

I train everyday now.

Trying to shed the effects of all those weights.

Probably take a few months.
