Yeah, I thought about it, as well as b6, dandelion, magnesium, less salt. But it didn't subside, so I reduced dosage.
I feel I still take advantage of a high dosage, coupled with less side effects this way.
10 to 15mg is the sweet spot for me, it may vary to others. But judging on the effect it has on my hair, it cant get better than this, because I realised that topical min doesn't work for me, after losing years on it.
For some people it just doesn't work because of the lack of sulfotransferase. And the oral route does.
