Please do not add alcohol! That might just denature the peptide. Today theres no argument against what Vickers say: It might very likely diffuse into the bulge stem cells and affect their differentiation. Therefore, no need for transdermal penetration.

Alcohol is not even necessary for transdermal penetration in general. It can in some cases enhance it though.
