Are there any other options in the shampoo/condition world that are copper peptide shampoos other than Folligen? The reason I ask is that I had a rather distasteful customer service experience and I'd like to get something like it but not support them in particular.
For those asking WHY, this is just the internet so take everything with a grain of salt, but I ordered the "trial" which was 2 very small bottles 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner. The conditioner somehow was pressed into the 'open' position in transit and most of it had been squeezed into the shipping envelope when I got it. I wrote them an email. They said I needed an RMA and I had to ship it back at my expense and they would replace it. Needless to say, it was about $5.00 worth of conditioner. The envelope, postage, and gas obviously wasn't worth it and they refused to budge. I was very professional. They weren't.
