not yet, the only trials we have seen so far have been 1 week
I mean it’s as good as, otherwise there’s be absolutely no point in Almirall seeking approval or even pursuing the product at all.

Seems like it's possible to prepare it at home, but I don't know if it's same as P-3074.
After some digging I think there might be a problem with finding source of Hydroxypropyl Chitosan at reasonable price. This one is pretty expensive:

Dont waste your money buying from TRC, they get all their products straight from China for dirt cheap and then charge an arm and a leg for North-American customers: https://www.alibaba.com/trade/searc..._en&CatId=&SearchText=Hydroxypropyl+Chitosan+After some digging I think there might be a problem with finding source of Hydroxypropyl Chitosan at reasonable price. funnily enough , side effects were the same for finasteride ,p3074 and placebo .
I dont see a dht measurement though , wasnt this the main point ?
Results are very similar betwee ntopical finasteride and oral finasteride.
Results are very similar betwee ntopical finasteride and oral finasteride.
And side-effects are similar too.
If it's same as oral in terms or sides and efficacy, then I think the answer is no.
