I will try that jet lnjector to see if it’s as painful as John said
Don't try it on top of your dome or even your temples. If it's too strong you will pass out. Try your forearm to gauge the strength.

Be careful about infection with injectors and injections. Wipe your skin with a pad. And you should autoclave your instrument if you are going to reuse it. Last thing you want is developing an infection.

The vials are cheap so still worth a try imo.

But yes injecting is much better but we should find a way that makes this easy applicable.

Folks for those who want to try I strongly encourage you to buy one of those digital microscopes to take pictures of the scalp. This seems to work by improving an underlying scalp problem, which I bet all male pattern baldness have. I have posted on that before. If you see an imporvement in scalp after 6 weeks then you know what to expect hair growth wise.

Attached a picture of my scalp condition. Compare it with the donor side (mine too) and you can tell what the problem is. These yellow dots have been discussed as common finding in the literature.
Iv asked what these dots are as i have them in places that are miniaturizing. No one seems to know

The only thing you can do is try applying it with microneedling. If you bloody your scalp up you might get some in there, not that you should bloody your scalp up. Pinpoint bleeding is the most you should have when microneedling.

For some reason I don't have scalp redness or itchness, or yellow dots, or dandruff. But it is definetly a very pale and tensioned scalp. The low obvious there.

Check out farmacia loreto gallo, an online pharmacy in italy. They ship WW.

what is the name of the product you are buying?
Do they have the cream too? I am tempted to use the cream instead (with heaving microneedling).

Polydeoxyribonucleotide-delivering therapeutic hydrogel for diabetic wound healing

Scientific Reports volume 10, Article number: 16811 (2020) Cite this article

Abstract

Patients with diabetes experience delayed wound healing because of the uncontrolled glucose level in their bloodstream, which leads to impaired function of white blood cells, poor circulation, decreased production and repair of new blood vessels. Treatment using polydeoxyribonucleotide (PDRN), which is a DNA extracted from the sperm cells of salmon, has been introduced to accelerate the healing process of diabetic wounds. To accelerate the wound-healing process, sustained delivery of PDRN is critical. In this study, taking advantage of the non-invasive gelation property of alginate, PDRN was loaded inside the hydrogel (Alg-PDRN). The release behavior of PDRN was altered by controlling the crosslinking density of the Alg hydrogel. The amount of PDRN was the greatest inside the hydrogel with the highest crosslinking density because of the decreased diffusion. However, there was an optimal degree of crosslinking for the effective release of PDRN. In vitro studies using human dermal fibroblasts and diabetes mellitus fibroblasts and an in ovo chorioallantoic membrane assay confirmed that the Alg-PDRN hydrogel effectively induced cell proliferation and expression of angiogenic growth factors and promoted new blood vessel formation. Its effectiveness for accelerated diabetic wound healing was also confirmed in an in-vivo animal experiment using a diabetic mouse model.

I assume so

Dude, don't derail the thread. We are talking about Polydeoxyribonucleotide here; I care not about your breast and your delusional sh*t about being attractive.
Yes, she can be a bit verbose and slightly annoying with her posts completely out of topic but no need to shut her up. Just use the ignore feature. That's what I do.

It hasn’t been discussed. I assume you are thinking about the hydrogel for absorption? This is a wound so still won’t help us..

Yes. It sounds very reasonable to me. One thing we know is whatever is good for wound healing is good for hair regeneration.
The trick with their hydrogel is that they can insure a long acting effect.

Why are people not so keen about 1mm dermaroller with this? Once every 10 days. I mean I happy to see some people want to inject this.
But you have this paper I cited trying to make lengthen its action. I think worth looking into this. I assume Kane cannot achieve that kind of complexity?

The molecule is to big to even travel through microneedle wounds. But injections with hydrogel would be so interesting. Because the half life is so short. We could inject every 7-14 days and acheive results as if we did 4 injections a week. I will look more into this. Thanks for sharing.

OK Frankly I need to catch up on the science of absorption but:

Largest molecule: 10 nanometres = 1/100000 mm
The standard dermaroller has 0.1 mm in diameter.

Maybe we should get in touch with some lab.
Hmm seems like it should be able to penetrate by that calculation..

Yes!
