Hey peapoddy, your story is quite inspiring. I have just began the big 3, despite reading your story several years ago. Just one non relevant question, I dont know if this has been answered before- do you have finasteride before beginning your workout or after finishing it? I am currently having it after but just want your view!
Thanks, your reply would be much helpful!

Adam, was going to start another thread but I will ask this here for everyone. You represent what most males dream to either look like or accomplish. You are considered a fitness model in my eyes. And your hair loss is minor. Do women throw themselves at you? Could you tell us all whats its like to be in your shoes when you walk into a club with lots of hot women. I think this might help prove whether or not when you look like a model how your life really is?

Great hair and physique, good facial structure as well :) I am reading through the thread but having trouble knowing how you restored your hairline? Was it finasteride/Min or transplant? If someone else knows the answer to this, please let me know. I appreciate you keeping everyone up to date.

Wolf, he started off with finasteride and min and then got a transplant. Ok maybe my question was too personal and maybe even stupid. There are countless threads about if you have great genetics and a great physique or look "alpha" that hot women throw themselves at you. Who better to confirm this is someone who is somewhat of an internet celebrity and has great genetics. It was a fair question but I guess if he does not want to answer it because he has a reputation to protect or it was way too personal. Never mind.

You need to stay very lean with a moderate amount of muscle size. For a while i tried bulking hard eating 5-6 meals per day ,it was awful to keep up.You can't have much of a social life, and your whole life revolves around eating,it sucks!!

When i started getting really popular on Instagram, it was nice at first but got very boring quickly ,i rarely update now.I became obsessed with my body and it was very stressful.

Its all about angles and lighting , yes you look impressive, but you can make yourself look superhuman with the right camera tricks. All the top guys do it lol I know fitness guys with 800k plus who morph there bodes slightly to give them an edge.I actually took a picture of a fitness guy who had over 2 million followers, both of us were flexing .He begged me not to post it before he could make adjustments .He wanted to add shadow's and morph blah blah Never seen anyone so insecure .I know a photographer who refuses to work with a worldwide famous aesthetic guy, cause last time he took over 2,000 pictures ,but was never satisfied with how his abs looked so he wouldn't allow him to post the pictures. They don't live the dream life ,most of the pictures with girls and cars are all staged.Once you build up a fan base all the insecurities creep in ,you get stressed about every image thats posted for the world to see.

Guys hit me up 95% of the time online.Having huge muscles doesn't get many girls attention ,they just presume your some narcissistic prick who only cares about themselves.

Hey, Adam, thanks for the insight. When I was in my late teens and early twenties I used to bulk up but never achieved anything like you and I used to be a "toothpick" in my youth. Everywhere I went people thought I was on steroids or some football player. They used to call me the hulk and I was nothing huge. I got obsessed with body building but never pursued it but I think at the time I developed BDD. And so many women would be afraid to approach me because they thought I was some narcissistic prick too. And not only that, they stereotype you as being a "player" so when you finally approach them they have you stereotyped already. I think that is why skinny "pretty boys" get more approached by women because they are "safer".

I still think may women are instinctually "old fashioned" and are not going to throw themselves at you so to speak. I think you have to make the first move and if you don't come across as too lame, you might be able to keep their attention. Of course, let me throw in, if you are bald or losing your hair or short you are going to have to work slightly harder to keep her focus on your face instead of your head. If she is not too insecure about herself, she will give you a chance but if she is worried about what people will think if she dates a guy who id short or balding, you are going to strike out. Insecurity can be a deal breaker for all us.

4 years ago my hair was in a very bad way.I was 25 years old with receding and diffuse thinning ,heading towards a Norwood 5 ,i knew i had to do something about this.It affected me bad,my confidence dropped to an all time low and chatting up girls became a distant memory .

You ultimately have two choices, shave it off and learn to accept ,or ,fight it with the big 3..

I'm so glad i chose the latter. It has been an emotional roller coaster, but i stuck with it through all the negativity surrounding me.

That was very impressive results! I also have been on finasteride for almost 12 years, but I've skipped a few months during that period. It has helped kept my hair for the most part, but it started to get worse a few months ago, so I've upped the dose to 5mg (whole proscar pill, not cutting), and added dutasteride 0.5mg daily. Hopefully it will help.
